Errors Sending Welcome Emails

This incident has now been resolved.

Between 2019/03/27 7:00AM AEDT and 2019/03/27 11:00AM AEDT a very small subset of users may have encountered errors while attempting to send a welcome email, if their welcome email contained certain types of file attachments.

Our development team identified an issue with a recent update, and deployed a fix. This fix resolves the errors these users were encountering. Thank you for your patience.
