From 11:46AM to 12:52PM 2018/08/14 (AEST UTC+10:00) users may have encountered increased error rates, while editing or importing existing personnel profiles.

Our technical team identified an issue with a recent update, and has deployed a fix for the issue. We are continuing to monitor the issue. If you have further issues please don't hesistate to contact our technical support team.
