On 2018/08/20, between 4:48 am and 5:04 am (PDT) some HammerTech users in North America may have encountered timeouts (of up to 1 minute) and increased latency accessing the service. A issue with a misconfiguration of a health check on a load-balancer caused a small number of requests to be directed to a server that wasn't ready to handle requests. The issue was identified by our operations team and has now been resolved. HammerTech sincerely apologies for any inconvenience caused.
