Between 20:10 (+10:00 AEST) 2019/08/01 and 20:40 (+10:00 AEST) some users may have experienced increased error rates when viewing induction or orientation slides.
Engineers were altered to the issue due to an alarm for increased errors at 20:18 (+10:00 AEST). After initially investigating an unrelated build error, engineers quickly determined that this was due to an issue with a recent product update. After determining the cause, the Engineers then commenced a global roll out of a resolution at 20:28 +10:00, which completed at 20:42 +10:00.
Engineers observed after the rollout that the error rate had dropped and the issue was considered resolved. A post-incident investigation is currently being conducted by our SRE team.
