During the past 24 hours, our operations team observed increased error rates when creating equipment inductions inside the Asia Pacific (Australia/NZ) Region.

During their investigation they discovered an issue that can occur under some circumstances.

A fix was applied by our operations team, and the issue should now be resolved as of 10:37AM AEST 26/04/2018.
